MAJEFA makes its long-awaited return to the Manchester clubbing scene, with a new venue, and a red-letter line-up to supplement! After a protracted hiatus, MAJEFA's homecoming event, sets sights to indulge the largely overlooked Manchester trance-faithful. For MAJEFA fans of old, there's the return of crowd-favourites, the DJ's who really impressed with the best sets. For newcomers, and regulars-alike, we headline with one of the most prolific producers and foremost DJ's presently on the scene. Expect the decor and distinction of old, remodeled for a larger, youthful, venue - Soundcontrol.
Situated just off bustling Oxford Road, opposite the arches of Oxford Road train station, and previously one of Manchester's legendary music shops, Soundcontrol has recently been turned into a brand-spanking-new nightclub. Split over 3 floors, MAJEFA has commandeered the top 2 floors, the top being the largest of the 3! A fitting venue to reignite the flames!. And don't forget the fundamental ethos of MAJEFA, an up-for-it, engaging, good-humoured crowd. Reawakening all the elements on Friday 6th August has been a passion for the MAJEFA team, and we're sure you'll agree we're in for one hell of a night!!
Simon Patterson
Rising to the fore under the Dogzilla moniker, and later establishing himself under his own name, Simon Patterson has been at the forefront of chart listings and DJ-boxes for the best part of the last decade. Releasing on a consistently high basis, some of the most stunning productions of recent years, and a discography that is fast-becoming an ever-growing anthology of classics, Simon is on the road to true trance superstardom. Guyver
A firm-favourite from the glory-riddled days of label, TidyTwo. Guyver pioneered and set the bar for the genre-defining hard trance sound that captured the hearts of legions of clubbers around the globe. Although over-used, Guyver merits the label of true 'legend' to those that tracked the scene. In-keeping with MAJEFA's distinguishing take on innovatory line-up's, Guyver is welcomed to put some exceedingly good nostalgia into the laps of the MAJEFA faithful.
Fast Distance
MAJEFA gave Fast Distance his UK debut, and what a debut it was. Regarded as one of the best sets to grace the MAJEFA decks, it was an easy decision to welcome Franz back across the Channel to remind the UK crowd of what a terrific talent he is. Since this time, Fast Distance has continued to rightfully grow in recognition and noteority, gaining support from the trance big-gun's, Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren and Ferry Corsten. With an ever-busying workload, MAJEFA proudly welcome back Fast Distance for a rare UK appearance - not to be missed.

Akira Kayosa
Since 2006, Akira Kayosa has steadily been building his reputation as one of the worlds fastest growing trance prodigies. Based in the UK, a favourite among the in-the-know trance aficionado's, Akira has been pumping-out quality releases in abundance. Akira Kayosa has recently found favour with Flashover Recordings boss Ferry Corsten, who snapped-up his 'State of Origin' tune exclusively for his new 'Once Upon A Night' album. The future is bright for this gifted producer, who equally excels behind the decks. Watch this space.
