Paul - A long time, 12 years or more now.

Paul - Very Hard to choose 1! but id say my favourite is Solarstone - Seven Cities (V-Ones living cities remix) [Hooj]

Dan - What do you like best about DJing at The Howard? -

Paul - I have always played at the Howard as i do every other gig with my style and passion in the music i love. I have always had support from the Howard followers and being the longest and only standing resident since the early days of weekly Gatecrasher events. The crowd are always fantastic and friendly so i always get a good reception when i play and i will never forget my roots. I remember my 1st gig at the Howard all them years ago as my headphones broke the day before, I was gutted & panicking!

Dan - Since you started mixing at The Howard over 10 years ago, your passion for music has driven your career to the top, with the sucsees of the popular trance night - Digital Society - which is now famous as the best no.1 trance event in the north of England!

Dan - Is there any advice or tips you could give to any up and coming djs / promoters out there who maybe reading?

Paul - Of course!. What i would say is never give up. Follow your dreams and if your talent and determination are strong enough you will succeed in what you have passion for. I love trance music its my life, i listen to it every day, Produce and record it every day and im lucky enough to run the biggest trance night in the UK Digital Society. Its hard work i wont lie about that, but hard work pays off. If you put the effort in you will see the rewards like i do at my Digital Society events.

Digital Society Leeds celebrates five years at the forefront of the UK Trance scene with the biggest event in DS history and headlining the 5th Birthday spectacular is UK superstar and global Trance icon GARETH EMERY with a very special DS anniversary set, returning to Leeds for the first time since the Northern Lights Concert. Gareth has been responsible for some of the Trance modern day greats, including 'Sanctuary', 'Exposure' and 'Metropolis' all in recent years and after 2010's chart-topping debut artist album Northern Lights, the market leading podcast 'TGEP' and the continued immense success of his own label Garuda, alongside an almost unrivalled global touring schedule covering the world's biggest festivals and clubs - Gareth Emery is considered one of the definitive acts in todays world dance music scene.
